2014-2015 LUNCH APPLICATION

Dear Parents and Guardian,
We encourage all families to complete an application, especially if your child was on free or reduced breakfast and lunch for the last school year. Previous lunch status does not automatically carry over to the new school year, a new application needs to be submitted yearly to the school to be considered for free or reduced lunch. If the school does not receive a lunch application for your child by October 1st, your child's lunch status will become "PAID" and you will be responsible for the incurred lunch balance.
You can either mail or submit the application in person to school's front office during the campus' summer hours or on your child's student orientation day.
If you have questions or need assistance with the application, please call the school at 713-729 4400.

STUDENT ORIENTATION

Please note that our Student Orientation date is for ALL NEW & RETURNING students and is on Monday, August 18th!

A welcome packet with our newsletter will be mailed to the address on record in the front office on August 1st; please bring any completed forms with you and your child to our orientation. Extra copies of the forms will be available at orientation should you not receive materials.

UNIFORM SALE

Please join us this Monday, August 4th, from 9am-3pm to purchase your school uniforms. Limit is 3 per student and the price is $15.

Again on Friday, August 8th, and Saturday, August 9th, from 8am until 2pm for back to school uniform shopping!

Spirit shirts, IDs, Lanyards, supplies, and more available on sale at the front office. For more details, please contact Ms. Garcia, mgarcia@harmonytx.org.

7TH GRADE IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS


All 7th grade students must have the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (Meningitis vaccine) and Td Booster by August 18, 2014 to be in compliance with Texas State laws.

Please turn all updated vaccine records in to the front office or email them to sbecerra@harmonytx.org with your student’s name as the subject.

All students who do not have the updated record in their file will not be permitted to attend school on the first day. If you have questions please call 713-729-4400 Ext 158
